    What is e-Credentialing?

e-Credentialing (eCred) is a web-based portal that allows medical staff practitioners to complete initial appointment and reappointment applications online. Access to online applications is restricted. eCred requires you to enter your Email Address and Password to verify your account.

    How do I know you received my Application?

Once you have completed the online application process, you will receive a notification in your registered email / e-Credentialing account.

    How do I check the status of my Application?

You can check your e-Credentialing account for the status. While your application is being processed, and/or we are awaiting additional information, the status will be shown as "For Review of Application Form". You will be notified by email of any additional documentation you are required to provide.

    How will I be notified of the Approval?

Notice of Approval will be sent to you through your registered email / e-Credentialing account.

    When can I start Admitting Patients?

Once you have undergone the MEDICAL STAFF ORIENTATION, you will now be able to admit patients.
